Julia Bryan was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She has an in-depth understanding of neighborhoods, developing trends, cutting-edge marketing techniques and negotiation strategies. Her business is bolstered by the highest standards of quality and excellence and rooted in the concept that 'luxury is not a price point, but rather a level of service.' She goes above and beyond her duties as a REALTOR® to provide a level of service for her clients that's truly unmatched. Julia is a member of The Boyd Team with Kim Boyd and Kathryn Crabtree. With a combined 40+ years of experience, the team consistently ranks as the #1 Team for volume and units Company-Wide, and at the Atlanta REALTORS® Association. Julia graduated from Greater Atlanta Christian School and then went on to attend and graduate from Georgia State University, where she was involved with her school and was a member of Phi Mu Fraternity. During her time there, she volunteered in the community and worked with Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in public relations and economics. With her public relations education, Julia has become an expert in social media and the latest technologies, giving her an advantage in advertising and marketing properties. With her background in economics, she forecasts trends that could impact the market, is knowledgeable about the best prices in any given area and is an expert negotiator. When Julia is not selling real estate, she takes every opportunity to travel. She can also be found on her Peloton, playing tennis, exploring new hot spots around the city and cheering on her favorite Atlanta sports teams. As an Atlanta native, she has lived everywhere from the northern suburbs, Inman Park, Old Fourth Ward and Buckhead, and she now resides in Brookhaven.
