He was involved in four of the six largest waterfront sales in Greenwich, including the 2023 record-breaking $138.8 million sale of Copper Beech Farm - the highest sale ever in the state of Connecticut and among the highest ever in the nation. In 2023, Joe also represented the sellers of Ziegler Farm in Darien, which closed for $57.5 million and was the third highest sale in the state of Connecticut. That same year, he represented the Rockefeller family selling a 54-acre land parcel in Greenwich for $18.35 million. In 2020, Joe represented the buyer of a waterfront estate which closed at $42 million - the highest sale in Greenwich that year. He represented the sellers of two waterfront residences in Field Point Circle, one that closed at $50 million in 2021 and the other that closed at $39.5 million in 2011. Joe also represented both the seller and buyer in the $24 million sale of Old Mill Farm, a landmark Great Estate in Greenwich.
