For those who wish to spend the summer living the life of a true Hollywood diva, this is the answer to all of your prayers. Steven Spielberg has decided to rent his amazing luxury villa by the sea in Malibu.
The Oscar winning director, and his wife Kate Capshaw, have in fact decided to rent their beautiful property for the summer season at a total of 125,000 dollars per month.
The 2,205 square meter villa consists of seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a master suite with an ocean view, a private studio, massage room, projection room, and a garage with three parking spaces. Furthermore, there is also an independent guest house with two bedrooms, and another space that may be used as an art studio, fitness room, or meditation room.
The garden is equipped with a swimming pool and spa. The estate is opposite the beach, the famous Broad Beach, with neighbors such as Pierce Brosnan, Kurt Russell, Danny DeVito and Dustin Hoffman.
The director purchased the first plot of land in 1989, where the main house now stands, for 3,375,000 dollars and the second in 2002 for 3,191,000 dollars.
Spielberg is in possession of other properties in Los Angeles and the East Coast, which include, a multi-residence property on 5 acres of land in the Pacific Palisades, an equestrian center in Sullivan Canyon, a duplex apartment in New York and another of nearly 10 acres in East Hampton named Quelle Farm.
