The luxury apartment is found in a noted building, which housed the Nicholas Hotel in 1853. A detail that no doubt has had an impact on the price of the property, along with its many other selling points.

The lavish loft boasts an independent entrance by means of a lift which directs you to an exclusive vestibule which leads you along a lengthy and bright corridor, dotted with numerous windows looking out onto the street. The ample living room acts as the center and focal point of the residence, occupying 700 square meters of space. By means of the living room, you are transported to the “U” shaped kitchen with white cabinets, which are contrasted against the rustic worktop and black slate flooring. The living room is also connected to the master bedroom with an ensuite-bathroom. There are another two luxury bedrooms within the luxurious home, and two bathrooms, an office, and a well-equipped multi-media room. Of course the luxury home wouldn’t be complete without a private gym, fitted with the best of the best.
