Susan Schmidgall is a seasoned professional with over 30 years' experience in management in the retail and information technology field. Susan worked for a privately-owned retail specialty chain with 120 locations from Boston to Miami. After being a summer resident for the past 25 years, Susan moved to Amagansett, or "paradise" as she refers to it, to live full time. The welcome and relaxed atmosphere fits her personality perfectly. After spending the past three years as the lead sales person at Bishops Pond, the most successful residential condominium in Southampton, Susan is turning her efforts to the resale market. Working for a home builder, the salesperson is the client contact from concept to completion. This hands on experience has given Susan a true understanding of how important a relationship built on mutual respect and integrity is to her clients. She believes in a low pressure, yet dedicated approach to real estate sales. Her goal is to make buying or selling a home in the Hamptons a memorable and extremely pleasant experience for all concerned. Her motto is "be happy".
