Cortnee Glasser began her real estate career in 2005. Since then, she has received various recognitions, the most recent being ranked among America’s top 1.5% agents nationwide by America’s Best Real Trends 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. Prior to her decision to move into real estate, Cortnee was an account executive for Diane von Furstenberg Inc., working with major department stores throughout the United States and Canada. The same qualities that led to her success in the fashion industry have contributed to her achievements in real estate. This early sales and analytics background prepared her to think creatively about her clients’ properties and find unique ways to maximize a listing’s exposure. Cortnee’s trained eye and vision for a space’s potential help her to bring out the best in any home for a showing. Her tireless dedication to her clients, transparent service and sincere enthusiasm for Manhattan living enable her to thoughtfully assess and fulfill the needs of her sellers and buyers. Cortnee takes pride in her relationships within the brokerage community and, most importantly, in the long-lasting friendships she has formed from being a trusted real estate advisor and helping her clients achieve their dreams. Born and raised in Manhattan, and currently residing in Tribeca, Cortnee has found that selling real estate has given her an even greater appreciation for New York City and its diversity, culture, and architectural significance. Cortnee attended the Horace Mann School, where she is currently a member of the Alumni Council. She went on to receive her BA in marketing and advertising from the Journalism School at the University of Wisconsin-Madison before moving right back to the city where her heart will always be.
