Michelle Chappell has always had a passion for real estate, having inherited this passion from her parents. Her father refurbished homes regularly and her mother brought her artistic eye to the table with her experience in interior design. A native of Niagara-on-the-Lake, she knows what it’s like to experience the four seasons of the entire peninsula. Her local knowledge and appreciation of the region gives her the ability to identify her client’s lifestyle choices.
With a diploma in Public Relations, Michelle possesses a strong knowledge of client relations, strategic planning, marketing strategies and awareness of current market trends that influence home prices across the region. Her passion for the industry and motivation to succeed is manifested in her partnerships with clients. Her success in real estate lies in her attentiveness to helping clients meet their goals while negotiating the best possible outcome.
Michelle grew up playing hockey at the local arena, and got a taste for adventure and moved to Dublin, Ireland from which she traveled all over Europe. Having been exposed to the diverse culture and awe-inspiring scenery of the continent, Michelle rediscovered how Niagara encompasses all the Hallmarks of a truly special place. This heartfelt belief inspires her to welcome clients “home.”
