A Venezuelan national residing in Miami since 2004and previously in New York, started her career in Caracas as an attorney in the Supreme Court and the Interamerican Court of Human Rights. In her role as legal clerk to the Vice President of the Supreme Court of Justice, Andreina honed her listening and communication skills to have a better understanding of the specific needs of the individuals before her. Two of her highest career achievements were the participation in the language of the Code of Ethics Law and her participation in the Mediation Law in Venezuela Andreina's clients benefit daily from her professionalism, work ethics, and her focused approach to providing accurate, relevant, and analytical information on their real estate transactions. One of her strengths is her determination to make each and every transaction a win/win situation for the parties involved. Throughout the past eight years, Andreina has focused on the areas of Pinecrest, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, and Brickell/Downtown. Originally focusing on residential sales, Andreina has expanded her focus to include commercial real estate for the past four years, representing international sellers and buyers who have asked for her guidance in their purchase of multi-family, hotel, retail, waterfront and investment properties.
