Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, Michael has been able to overcome many challenges and obstacles these past years such as growing his business and reaching several new milestones. One of those achievements was acquiring a record-breaking sale of $22 million for the exclusive listing of 90 Leucadendra Drive, in the prestigious gated community of Gables Estates. In 2020 and 2021, Michael has been recognized month after month as the #1 sales agent in the Coral Gables office. This past year, Michael has also accomplished a milestone no other real estate agent has ever achieved, as the first agent to close over $100 Million in home sales in the Village of Pinecrest in less than a 12-month span. This places him just under $1 Billion in gross sales to date in his entire career.
