Saddy’s ability to generate buyers is widely recognized across the South Florida Luxury Real Estate industry. Her professional sales record speaks volumes, yet it may be her personal qualities - her engaging nature, generous smile and the ease with which she connects with people - that open so many doors. More and more of those doors belong to sellers, as well.
It was Saddy’s father, a seasoned commercial investor, who encouraged her to pursue a career in Real Estate. She had just graduated from the legendary Le Rosey in Gstaad, Switzerland, where Europe’s aristocracy has matriculated for generations (the exclusive boarding school offers a famously demanding bilingual and bicultural education). She took her father’s sage advice, returning to Florida and passing the state’s Real Estate exam at 18. In 1988, she added a B.A. in Finance & Marketing from University of Miami to her Real Estate resume. Smart and stylish with an enviable education and a gift for language, Saddy very quickly established herself as one of South Florida’s most successful Realtors.
Polished, sophisticated and in command of four languages, Saddy possesses an inherent grace that requires no translation. She has long moved in celebrity circles and travels abroad frequently; in the process, Saddy has cultivated a well-heeled domestic and international clientele, many of whom she counts as friends. Among South Florida residents who have relied on Saddy for their Real Estate needs are Gloria & Emilio Estefan, Sylvester Stallone and Dwyane Wade.
Saddy’s expertise in Miami luxury extends beyond real estate. Saddy is also the founder and CEO of Abaunza.Group, which in there first as a team were ranked #1 team by One Sotheby’s international realty with over $115 Million dollars in sales in 2020.
