Marta Sloan grew up in Holladay Utah, and has convinced her family that there is no better place on earth. She graduated from the University of Utah, where she studied Music and Child Development, but found her true passion a few years down the road. After constantly watching the market and helping several friends find their dream home, she was eventually convinced to get her Real Estate License, and has never looked back. Her passion is helping individuals and families find a place to call home.
Following in her father's footsteps, Marta has a keen eye and a great appreciation for fine architecture, with a special interest in historic homes. In her spare time, she and her husband have restored several historic properties, including several pioneer homes, three barns, and have even renovated an old Service Station which is now being used as an Art Gallery in Central Utah. She is a believer in the need for cohesive neighborhood spaces and walkable communities. She specializes in the Harvard/Yale, Downtown Salt Lake City, Holladay, and Millcreek areas - but has worked as far as Davis, Sanpete, and Utah Counties.
When she is not looking at homes or planning her next restoration project, she enjoys travel (especially to the UK), as well as reading, spending time in the mountains, and most of all sitting with her kids on the porch of their farmhouse in Spring City, Utah.
