Adam Kirkham is an Associate Sales Broker at Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, where he also serves as Senior Vice President of Recruiting. A seasoned leader in Utah’s real estate community, Adam was the 2018 President of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors® and the 2024 President of the Utah Association of Realtors®. He currently serves as a Board Director for UtahRealEstate.com, the state’s largest Multiple Listing Service.

Adam’s real estate career began at Kirkham Real Estate, his family’s brokerage, where he worked full-time from 1999 until 2015. He is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and bringing meaningful value to every client and transaction.

Adam takes great pride in being part of Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, where he collaborates with some of the top professionals in the industry, from sales agents to management and support staff. He looks forward to many more years of helping clients and serving at the highest level possible.

Adam has earned multiple industry accolades, including being named the Salt Lake Board of Realtors® 2020 Realtor® of the Year and the Utah Association of Realtors® 2023 Realtor® of the Year. He has been consistently recognized as a top sales agent within his brokerage and is a recipient of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors® Hall of Fame Award (2011–2018) and the Realtor® 500 Award from 2019 through 2024.
A Utah native, Adam grew up in East Millcreek, attended Olympus High School, and graduated from the University of Utah with degrees in French and Biology. He still resides in East Millcreek with his wife Leslee, their four children, and their dog.

Outside of real estate, Adam enjoys spending time outdoors, especially mountain biking and hiking. He is also an avid basketball fan, still playing weekly with friends, coaching his son’s teams, and a strong supporter of the University of Utah basketball program.
