My philosophy regarding real estate is really very simple. It is driven by my belief that, at its core, the most important part of being a broker is to fully know and understand your clients and their specific needs. Establishing this kind of professional relationship is the gateway to being able to serve them in the best way possible. I come from a family of entrepreneurs beginning with my parents, who owned several successful companies collectively known as the C&J Companies. C&J, established in the early 1960’s, continues today under the leadership of my siblings. We all learned the value of hard work, but what I am most proud of is my integrity and ability to engage with my clients in a genuine and non-judgmental manner.

I attended the University of Miami majoring in both Marketing and Finance. For several years I worked with the family business in many different capacities, including real estate acquisitions, sales team management and strategic development. This experience provided a seamless transition for me into real estate. In 2013, I acquired Tate & Foss Sotheby’s International Realty primarily because of its outstanding reputation which was established by founder, Ned Tate. The Sotheby’s brand has solidly reinforced our standing in the community. My longstanding business background and approachable character have facilitated my success in representing luxury Seacoast properties, including landmark estates, oceanfront homes, condominiums, buildable coastal land, and equestrian properties. My client base primarily consists of affluent buyers and sellers. I am a skilled negotiator, able to identify, assess and resolve the many complex issues that sophisticated transactions often present. Moreover, I have an extensive network of professional partners including local real estate agents, attorneys, appraisers, municipality employees and other experts, putting any issue resolution within easy reach. I am fortunate to have developed an outstanding in-house team, offering legal assistance, exceptional attention to detail and other professional advice. All of this supports our credibility for executing complex transactions.
Although my professional attention points to luxury properties, it is critical to recognize that ‘luxury’ is a term defined individually, for every person and every lifestyle. My goal is to help my clients define their lifestyle and then match it to their personal luxury property.

As a New Hampshire Seacoast native, I not only have extensive knowledge of the physical landscape of coastal New England, but more importantly, I have a deep understanding of our community and all that it has to offer. This is fundamental to any successful real estate professional and one that I am proud to offer my clients. My annual support of several different local charities focusing on education, the arts and local history helps to keep my focus on the many wonderful organizations serving the Seacoast.
