Raised in a family of entrepreneurs—my parents founded C&J Companies in the early 1960s—I grew up immersed in the values of hard work, trust, and respect. These principles continue to shape my professional approach and define the client experience I strive to deliver.



Experience & Background
I hold a dual degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Miami, providing a balanced foundation of strategic insight and creative thinking. My early experience in the family business—focused on real estate acquisitions and managing sales teams—naturally led me to pursue a career in real estate.
In 2013, I acquired Tate & Foss Sotheby’s International Realty, drawn by the firm’s sterling reputation and legacy established by founder Ned Tate. Representing the Sotheby’s International Realty brand has been instrumental in expanding our presence and trust across the Seacoast market.
With nearly $500 million in closed sales, I specialize in representing high-end properties—from oceanfront homes and landmark estates to equestrian properties and coastal land. My clients are primarily affluent buyers and sellers who value expertise, discretion, and results. I am known for my strategic negotiation skills, my ability to navigate complex transactions, and my extensive local network of agents, attorneys, and specialists. Together with my in-house team, we manage every detail with precision—particularly in legal and transactional matters.
While I focus on the luxury market, I believe luxury is a personal experience, not a price point. To one client, it may be a historic estate; to another, a peaceful seaside retreat. My role is to understand what luxury means to each individual and help bring that vision to life.
I am licensed in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts, offering clients broad regional expertise across the coastal real estate markets of all three states.

A lifelong resident of the New Hampshire Seacoast, I offer clients deep, firsthand knowledge of the area’s landscape, neighborhoods, and market trends. My understanding extends beyond real estate to include zoning regulations, land use, and local governance—insight that helps my clients make informed, confident decisions.
Community is at the heart of everything I do. I actively support local nonprofits and organizations focused on education, the arts, and historic preservation. Giving back allows me to stay connected to the people and places that make the Seacoast such an extraordinary place to live and work.
