Philosophy
Real estate is about understanding people—not just properties. My approach is simple: I focus on listening to my clients and understanding their unique needs. Building authentic, non-judgmental relationships is at the heart of providing exceptional service. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, particularly with my parents’ C&J Companies, founded in the early 1960s, I learned the value of hard work, integrity, and treating others with respect. These values have shaped my approach to real estate, and they guide how I engage with every client.
Experience & Education
I graduated from the University of Miami with a dual degree in Marketing and Finance, which has given me a strong foundation in both the analytical and creative sides of real estate. My experience in the family business, especially in real estate acquisitions and managing sales teams, set me on the path to becoming a real estate professional. In 2013, I had the privilege of acquiring Tate & Foss Sotheby’s International Realty, drawn to its impeccable reputation, founded by Ned Tate. The Sotheby’s brand has been a powerful asset in solidifying our place in the community.
Over the years, I’ve had the honor of closing sales totaling nearly $500 million. My expertise is in representing luxury properties along the Seacoast—from oceanfront homes and landmark estates to buildable coastal land and equestrian properties. I’m fortunate to work with an exceptional group of clients, primarily affluent buyers and sellers, and I pride myself on being a skilled negotiator. With a deep understanding of complex transactions, I’m able to guide clients through even the trickiest of deals. My extensive network of local agents, attorneys, and other experts helps me address challenges quickly and effectively. I’ve also built a talented in-house team that ensures every detail is taken care of, especially in legal and transactional matters.
While I specialize in luxury real estate, I believe that luxury isn’t just about price—it’s about a lifestyle. What feels luxurious to one person might be completely different for someone else, and it’s my job to understand what that means for each client. My goal is to help them articulate their aspirations and find a property that reflects their vision. I am licensed in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts, which gives me the flexibility to serve clients across these three states with a deep understanding of the coastal markets.

As someone who was born and raised on the New Hampshire Seacoast, I feel incredibly fortunate to know the area so well—both its stunning landscape and the people who make it such a special place to live. This local insight allows me to offer clients unique perspectives on the area’s communities and neighborhoods. My knowledge of the Seacoast extends from market trends to zoning regulations, and I’m passionate about using that insight to help clients make informed decisions.
I believe in giving back to the community that has given me so much. That’s why I’m actively involved in supporting local charities focused on education, the arts, and preserving our local history. Staying connected to these organizations keeps me grounded and constantly inspired by the incredible people who make the Seacoast such a vibrant place to call home.
