Tiffany became a licensed realtor June 2011 and received her broker license in 2015. She grew up in Amador County and returned to raise her children after attending college in Southern California. Tiffany graduated in 2000 from South Coast College of Court Reporting with her AA in court reporting. Having spent twelve years in the legal field taught her the art of negotiating and the importance of transparency, disclosure, and protecting her clients' best interests. Her clientele encompassed working closely with high ranking officials, politicians, and rule-making bodies. Her professionalism, talent, and ability to perform under high pressure situations made her well-known and sought after. Her passion for real estate and entrepreneurial spirit drove her to pursue her career in real estate in 2011 in which she has flourished. Her connections and knowledge of numerous market areas throughout the state allows her to service clients across our foothill region. She has been featured in the Sacramento Magazine for receiving the prestigious Five Star Professional award from 2014 through today and has been a top producer, if not the top producer, in sales in Amador County consistently since 2014. Her office and her personal sales have set new benchmarks every year for inventory sold, highest sold properties, and highest average price points. Every property is unique and special and Tiffany understands how to market those unique attributes to those looking for a similar lifestyle.
