"Tell me what is important to YOU?"

Being sensitive and perceptive to the individual is Carol Storey's primary focus in selling real estate. The key to her success lies in her philosophy: Real estate will always be more about people than it is about property. Discovering someone's hopes and dreams, concerns and fears will always come first … the right property will follow. It is not about bricks and mortar.

Having lived in Dallas for thirty years and raised two children here, Carol knows the neighborhoods and schools well. She and her husband are active members of the Dallas business arena and local community, after serving in volunteer leadership positions on multiple boards including the Junior League of Dallas, Administrative Vice President; PTA President, Highland Park ISD; President of Victims' Outreach, President of Big Brothers and Sisters; the Salesmanship Club; and the Byron Nelson Golf Classic.

Years of experience give Carol an insider's knowledge of the various areas of Dallas, realistic guidelines for determining current value and for resale, and a membership in the Premier Producers, a networking group of selective agents from several companies in the marketplace. Carol maintains strong professional ties with the various entities that play a vital role in creating a smooth transaction, such as mortgage brokers, title companies, inspectors, appraisers and repair services. She is well-connected. Carol educates her clients by staying abreast of the latest legal ramifications involving contracts. Her commitment to excellence and continual education are evidenced below.

With an established sales record, the majority of Carol's clients are repeat customers or referrals from them. "I treasure their trust and confidence," she says. Carol does not just represent a client but creates a lasting relationship. As clients will attest, the cornerstone values in her business are personal integrity, personal service and personal accountability. … "I do what I say I will do, and I never give up." There is a strong commitment to her clients.

Anyone can "sell" real estate. But not everyone knows that the business of real estate is a process dealing with people and the myriad of emotions surrounding their homes and property. Carol constantly challenges herself to be perceptive enough to listen for the unspoken. She takes real joy in helping achieve one's hopes and dreams for she realizes that selling real estate is more about people than it is about property.
