A native of Long Island, New York, he fell in love with Newport while attending Roger Williams University. After graduating in 2002, he interned at Gustave White Sotheby's International Realty and decided to make the area his permanent home. David has brokered several significant waterfront sales including the top 3 residential sales in Rhode Island: “Clarendon Court” for 30 million dollars, “Miramar” for 27 million dollars, and “Beacon Rock” for 23 million dollars. In 2021 David was the top grossing agent in Newport County with over 100 million dollars in total sales volume. He specializes in large estate-style properties, waterfront, historic properties, commercial properties, and investment properties. David's recent sales have included mansions, small residences, hotels, car dealerships, offices, investments, raw land, and more. He is an expert in all fields, working with buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate in all price ranges.
In his spare time David is an avid boater, surfer, and fisherman, and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
