Gwen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and a Master of Business Administration, providing a strong foundation for data-driven pricing, strategic negotiation, and disciplined execution. Over her career, she has closed more than $100M in transaction volume, including $20M+ in recent years, representing estate homes, historic properties, and luxury residences typically ranging from $500,000 to $5,000,000.
