As the founder of The Culverhouse Group, my real estate journey began in 1996 after a 13-year career in nuclear power. This unique background has given me a deep connection with the Hanford area and other technical professionals. Over the past 25+ years, I've honed my expertise across all price ranges of residential resale, new construction, and land development projects.
The Culverhouse Group consists of myself, Eric Culverhouse, my wife Teresa Culverhouse, and our associate Blake Loftus. Teresa brings over 20 years of real estate experience to our team, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for client satisfaction. Blake, with his fresh perspective and dedication to innovative marketing strategies, rounds out our dynamic trio.
