Ken, born and raised in Ireland, has lived in Lexington since 1992 became a US citizen in 2002. Originally came to work for one of the premier horse farms in the Bluegrass, Ken quickly recognized investment potential in Lexington’s unique real estate market and began investing in commercial properties near the University of Kentucky. Following several successful ventures, Ken expanded his business throughout Central Kentucky and in focus, transitioning to residential property, horse farms, investing and management.
Ken has maintained numerous contacts in Europe, Canada, Middle East, Australia and knows most of the people associated with the horse industry who are located in Lexington. It is my goal to bring as many new clients into the Lexington real estate market. It is one of the most unique places in America whether it is a farm, house, condo, rental property there is something to suit everybody’s needs. More Europeans involved in the horse industry choose to relocate to the Bluegrass as there is so much opportunity for them and the land is so perfect to raise quality horses.

Ken is married to Lexington native, Lindsay Sullivan Donworth. They are raising two children Charlotte & Patrick in a home they have renovated in Chevy Chase. In his limited spare time, Ken enjoys golfing and Horse Racing.
