Lenet Asatourian is an Senior Director of Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty. With over 15 years of experience in the property industry, Lenet has accumulated a wealth of experience in residential and commercial real estate. With a proven track record in asset and property portfolio management, she has brokered successfully within both sales and leasing in London, Dubai and across the Middle East.
Lenet started her own portfolio at the age of 22 in London. After many successful investments, she purchased, managed and renovated residential properties and then sold them as end-user refurbished assets – generating healthy returns. In 2008, Lenet entered the Dubai residential property market as a broker and, since then, has established a consistent record of improving return on invested capital. After the acquisition of ERE HOMES by Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty, she was promoted to an Associate – a challenge she relishes by fully utilising her negotiation skills to ‘get the deal done’, whilst protecting the interests and integrity of her clients. Lenet’s greatest strengths are her excellent communication, presentation and client relationship skills.
She has an impressive reputation for her professionalism and extensive understanding of the Dubai real estate market. Lenet earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Design from De Montfort University in the UK. She also holds a post-graduate diploma in Acting from the Mountview Academy of Performing Arts, UK.
