I do this by help negotiate deals that are beneficial and satisfactory to both parties. Buying property is the single biggest investment In a person’s life so this has to be done with the utmost diligence and compassion as for some people this could be such an emotional process. I have to prove to my clients that not only am I there to make a living but also that I do care and am sensitive to whatever they might be going through the process of buying and selling. As a property broker my integrity should be beyond reproach. I also have to practice in an ethical way as prescribed by the Estate agents’s code of conduct. I also have to undertake numerous Exams and training sessions in order to equip myself with the best knowledge available in terms of the real estate industry eg RPL exams.
