Jan Kanas has been a licensed Realtor since 1999 following a 17-year career in corporate communications and media relations. Since becoming licensed, Jan was affiliated with Coldwell Banker King Thompson for 13 years consistently receiving the President's Award for achieving the Top 10% in company sales internationally. Jan prides herself in her ability to communicate effectively with her clients as they navigate through the ever changing nature of the real estate market.
In 2011, Jan received the prestigious $10 Million Award from the Columbus Board of Realtors where she serves on both the Standard Forms and Builder/Realtor Alliance Committees. She has also received the Distinguished Sales Award from the Ohio Association of Realtors annually since 2004. Jan has always specialized in executive relocation and provides consultation services to numerous Central Ohio companies within the financial, retail, healthcare and manufacturing sectors. A resident of Bexley, Jan served as President of the Bexley Eastmoor Berwick Realtors Association in 2005. In her free time, she is active in her community and school district, enjoys playing tennis, gardening, cooking and traveling.
