David began his real estate career as part of the sales team at Bald Head Island Limited. Prior to joining Landmark Sotheby's International Realty, David has managed, owned and been a consistent multi-million dollar producer for some of the other top real estate companies in the region. This experience has allowed him to build effective business relationships throughout the area, which translates into a more service-oriented approach to buying and selling. David is also very involved with the community as a confidant and adviser to many local and state elected officials. His interest in politics has enabled him to enhance his people skills while maintaining a personal commitment to the highest degree of integrity. He is a former Chairman of the Board of Trustees at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. He is also active with the Wilmington South Rotary. David enjoys boating and fishing, but Saturday afternoons in the fall are his favorite days of the year to follow his greatest passion, which is SEC football.
