Steve has been visiting the Crystal Coast his entire life. He fondly remembers the old draw bridge at Atlantic Beach and the ferry system at Bogue Inlet, which is now Emerald Isle, from his younger days, when he enjoyed weekends at the beach with his family as a kid. He and his family have been property owners here since 1998, becoming "permanent weekend residents". They enjoyed coming to Atlantic Beach practically every weekend during the summer and fall months as well as throughout the year. Steve has watched the coastal real estate market closely over the years as he and his wife had a long term goal to one day move to this area permanently. Their long awaited plan came together, Steve and his family now call the Crystal Coast "HOME." Steve enjoyed a successful real estate career in Raleigh, NC, for 23 years with one of the top 50 real estate companies in the country. He has extensive knowledge in all areas of real estate, including general brokerage, new construction and development.
