Before joining ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, Denise played a pivotal role in the sales of luxury residences and memberships at The Ritz-Carlton Club in Jupiter (now Trump National Jupiter), where she completed hundreds of transactions for discerning buyers and sellers. Her longstanding relationships with developers, builders, and local visionaries give her deep insight into the area's most prestigious communities, many of which she’s been involved with since their inception.
Licensed since 2005, Denise has built a thriving, referral-based business by consistently exceeding expectations. Her entrepreneurial background sets her apart: prior to real estate, she co-founded and scaled an employment agency across Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland, eventually growing it into the largest employer in Virginia before a successful sale to a national firm.
Denise holds a B.A. with a Minor in Business from Virginia Commonwealth University and an MBA from Averett University. She brings sharp business acumen, creative strategy, and a passion for luxury service to every transaction; delivering results that endure and relationships that last.
