As a Realtor, thought leader, and startup CEO, Todd brings nearly 30 years of experience to his work, having successfully guided 500+ transactions with the care and insight of someone who knows every deal is personal. He thrives at the intersection of real estate sales and industry innovation—identifying new business models, revenue streams, and platforms that connect people to places and possibilities.
Todd’s impact extends far beyond the closing table. He has played key leadership roles within organized real estate, including Chair of the Strategic Advisory Committee at the National Association of Realtors, where he helped deliver the DANGER Report, the ReThink Experience, and a 3-year Strategic Plan in collaboration with top industry leaders. As Chair and Vice Chair of NAR’s Sustainability Advisory Group, Todd helped define and deliver a set of strategic priorities now embedded across the organization.
He also serves as a mentor for the NAR/REACH startup accelerator program, guiding emerging companies shaping the future of real estate, and he has served Chair of NorthstarMLS, Minnesota’s multiple listing service.
Todd is the co-founder of PicketFence.com, a bootstrapped real estate startup launched in 2019, built on the belief that simplicity, transparency, and empowerment can create a better experience for buyers and sellers alike.
