Description
Jackson Thurling is celebrating his 13th year with Sotheby's and his 30th year of successful sales in the real estate industry and is a recipient of several awards for outstanding sales achievement. After graduation he held executive administrative positions at the University of Toronto and the Red Cross Society before embarking on a real estate career in 1996. He has developed a high level of expertise and a fine-tuned intuition, which makes each purchase and sale appear as though it is negotiated with ease.
Jackson was born and raised in the Humber Bay/Kingsway area of Toronto where his great grandparents on both sides were among the first settlers. With a reputation for dealing with Heritage, bespoke and unusual properties over the years, Jackson's attention is in country properties around his home in Northumberland County as well as properties in Peterborough and Hastings Counties and the Bay of Quinte . With a reputation for integrity, Jackson has built trusting relationships with a loyal clientele that enlist his services over and over again. More than 75% of his business has come from clients that have used his services before and from clients that are referred to him. As an accomplished and seasoned veteran in real estate, Jackson is personable, fun and a pleasure to work with.
In 2021, Jackson teamed with Randy Pearle to assist with expanding rural business. Born in the Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia, Randy moved to Toronto in 1996. He holds a BA from Dalhousie University and previously worked in the health care field. Before joining Jackson at Sotheby's as a Realtor, Randy also worked assisting him in an administrative capacity for 16 years where he developed a love of architecture and a devoted interest in the real estate industry. This experience gave him the professional knowledge of the intricate details and workings of residential and commercial real estate sales.
Jackson and Randy work from their home satellite office in a heritage building at 52 Main Street in the historic village of Warkworth. Their key to success is clear communication, dedication and perseverance. They put the needs of their clients first, work with them personally, and achieve their objectives.
