Meet Linda
Linda is a passionate City Builder and loves her Hometown Toronto.
Linda believes culture is integral in building a vital, prosperous city and it’s infrastructure. She is part of Toronto’s Cultural Community as a Patron of the Art Gallery of Ontario, Museum of Toronto, Musical Stage and many other Arts and Community organizations. She is a Director on the Board of the Luminato Festival of Arts and past Director of the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF).
A long-time resident of Toronto’s Yorkville Neighbourhood, she is a member of the Board of Directors of the local ABC Residents’ Association and has been active in the areas’ Business Community as a member of the Yonge Bay Bloor Business Association and past member of the Yorkville Bloor BIA Design Committee and Yonge Bay Bloor Police Liason Committee. You can often find Linda representing Residents on Planning and Community issues in her neighbourhood or participating in the Yorkville Run fundraising for local charities.
Linda’s Real Estate education and experience started at the young age of ten (10) years, accompanying and translating for her mother who did not speak English to purchase and manage properties including a 21 unit apartment building.
Graduating with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, Linda designed and managed residential, commercial, and institutional projects. With her planning, design, and construction knowledge Linda transitioned to consulting and due diligence for land acquisition and development, all these avenues led Linda back to Real Estate sales.
Linda’s deep understanding of the City, Planning, Design, Real Estate trends, combined with her discerning eye, extensive network, Real Estate Market knowledge, and designation as a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS from NAR) enables her to serve Clients both Local and International with expertise they can rely on.
Linda is also a past Vice President and Founding Director of the Toronto Chapter of AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America) .
