Prior to becoming a Realtor, Alex was a Project Manager with extensive experience in development of new projects including residential low & high rise, commercial and hotels in Colombia and Ecuador. The mix of career background has given him an edge in this highly competitive real estate market where he can certainly give proper professional advice to his clients based on a wealth of knowledge gathered throughout his over 15 years in the construction industry plus 14 years in Real Estate.

Alex is an Architect by trade who specialized in Residential Planning & Building as well as in Business Administration. In addition, Alex has a Powerful Negotiator Certificate from the University of Windsor, a very useful tool when dealing in real estate.

Alex is fluent in Spanish and speaks basic French. His passion for photography is well documented in his listings.
