Carla is a Native of Rehoboth Beach. She has been a licensed REALTOR ® since 1996 and worked in resort rentals for twelve years before transferring exclusively into sales in 2001. As the daughter of a successful award-winning real estate professional and educator, Carla was raised listening to stories and learning lessons on marketing, persuasion, presentation, and problem-solving. Growing up in a real estate family, she understands the importance of service, hard work, and sincere enthusiasm.
Carla enjoys Real Estate because it provides an avenue for her to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Real Estate and Rehoboth Beach are in her blood. She is a multiple-year winner of the Five Star Real Estate Professional Award. This award is based entirely on client satisfaction. She is also passionate about her involvement in the Village Improvement Association (often referred to as the VIA) established in 1909. A unique organization comprising members of all ages, backgrounds, and beliefs from the Rehoboth Beach area. The VIA objectives include improving and increase the intellectual culture, educational advancement, and continued moral development of its members by promoting the interest, improvement, and progress of Rehoboth Beach and performing whatever charitable and civic work in the greater Rehoboth Beach area as decided upon by the members.
