Sandi Bisgood was raised in Bethesda MD, and spent weekends and summer vacations at the Delaware beaches for many years before making it her permanent home in 1997, following a successful career as a training & development professional in the Washington DC area. Sandi is an award-winning agent and photographer, and has been a licensed Delaware Realtor® since 1998. She finds great satisfaction in helping buyers and sellers to reach their real estate goals, and has a consultative, low-key, no-pressure style, but is also known for pushing herself to go beyond the norm and deliver exceptional service. She holds several professional designations, and has been selected a “Five Star Realtor®” based on recommendations from each year's clients for the last 7 consecutive years. It was “love at first sight” when Sandi first saw the brand-new resort community The Peninsula in 2004. She worked exclusively in The Peninsula for the next six years, before expanding her reach to include the whole coastal region again in 2011 - but The Peninsula continues to be her main area of activity with $13 million in sales there in 2020, and The Peninsula has become her home as well. Sandi is active with the local and state Associations of Realtors®, and serves on a national committee as well. In 2020 she served as President of the Sussex County Association of Realtors® and is also a past President of the Sussex Women's Council of Realtors®.
