Brad Thompson is a successful real estate advisor serving the resort market of Park City and surrounding areas in Northern Utah’s renowned Wasatch Back region. A native of Utah, Brad attended the University of Utah where he majored in Mass Communications. After many years enjoying Park City as a second home, Brad became a full-time resident in 2000.
His real estate career in Park City actually began in 1987, doing fractional and resort real estate. Brad would be recruited to California and then Chicago for work before returning to Park City in 2000 to put down roots in the scenic mountain town. In 2004, Brad refocused his career to residential real estate, where he has spent the last 20+ years connecting clients with their ideal properties.
Brad attributes much of his success to being an excellent listener and going the extra mile for every client. He believes luxury is an experience, and strives to provide unparalleled service regardless of listing price. His positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively with others has carried over into his active involvement in and around the Park City community.
Brad is a serious student of the recreational opportunities available in Park City. He and his two adult children enjoy skiing, golf, hiking, biking and martial arts. Brad has been a member numerous nonprofits like the Park City Sunrise Rotary, and he has also made time to volunteer thousands of hours for his local community.
As a long-time local and one of Park City’s most active skiers, Brad has extensive knowledge of existing, new and under-development ski-accessible homes and estates. In addition to his focus on recreational properties, Brad is active in all areas of Park City real estate. He enjoys sharing his knowledge of what the local mountain lifestyle has to offer with anyone who dreams of making Park City their primary or vacation home.
