First licensed in 1990, in Vail Colorado, she has always worked in second home and resort markets, while appreciating the unique needs of local residents. She is an active real estate investor and has used 1031 Tax-deferred exchanges as well as self directed IRA/Retirement account funds. A believer in continually updating her skills, she holds many advanced real estate designations and certifications.Pat works with a select number of clients at any one time so that she can provide them with the highest level of concierge service, assisting in finding the best possible match for you. She has a large percentage of referral clients from former clients and out of area real estate agents, who know they can trust her to serve the people they refer with quality service. She is passionate about traveling and experiencing different cultures. She is particularly fond of the penguin culture in Antarctica. Born in Ohio, Pat has lived in many states (and bought/sold many homes) courtesy of her time with IBM, before settling down in Cannon Beach.
