In 2003, Holly and her husband, Mario, traded the Bay Area's hustle for a new life in San Miguel de Allende, alongside their daughter, Olivia, who was only 7 at the time. Together they embarked on a transformative journey, purchasing raw land outside of town to create what is now Rancho Sol Dorado.
Over two decades, Holly diligently crafted their dream home on the ranch, blending the indigenous beauty of the land with modern comforts. As trusted caretakers of the beautiful land, Holly and Mario stayed true to their word, always building around the flora and fauna to create their beautiful homestead. Their vision extended beyond mere construction; they aimed to nurture the land and share their paradise with like-minded individuals. As Olivia pursued her lifelong passion for riding, they expanded into equestrian facilities and sustainable farming, honoring their belief in respecting nature.
In 2012, Holly ventured into real estate sales, first at a boutique firm before joining Sotheby's International Realty, where she is constantly breaking sales records as a multi-year top-producer. Her success was perfectly complemented by Mario's successful international moving business, Golden Bear International, as they aimed to offer comprehensive care to clients and allow for a seamless transition to life in San Miguel.
Holly prides herself on her dedication to clients, her innate ability to connect them with their ideal homes, and always listening with an open heart and mind. She consistently exceeds expectations, particularly in the luxury market, orchestrating seamless transactions with integrity and service.
