Mary fell in love with Ocean Reef and purchased a home after her husband taunted her putting skills saying, "Sink that putt and we'll put a bid on that house." Mary sank that putt and they've now been members since the mid 1980's. Mary has excellent people skills and knows Ocean Reef intimately, helping many friends and contacts purchase property at Ocean Reef. Originally from New Jersey, Mary lived in Key West in the mid 1970's and worked as an Official Court Reporter in Monroe County for several years. Mary is active in the Coast Guard Auxiliary as an Air Observer and has taught boating and pet safety at the Academy and Safe Boating Day with her Service dog, Tucker. Additionally, Mary has served on the Advisory Board, Social Committee, Ladies Golf Committee, Editorial Board, ORCAT Board and chaired several Golf Tournaments and charity events at Ocean Reef. Mary is currently active in the Art League, Cooking School, 18 Hole Ladies Golf League and she enjoys writing for the Ocean Reef Press as a roving reporter.
