San Francisco Bay Area's legendary luxury home specialist Olivia Hsu Decker was born in Shanghai, China. She lived in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Italy, France and immigrated to San Francisco in 1975. Olivia is co-owner of Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty with 21 offices in the San Francisco Bay Area from Silicon Valley to Napa Valley and 8 Counties in between.
Olivia has been marketing luxury properties since 1979. She was the #1 agent at Merrill Lynch Realty in the 1980s among 16,500 sales associates nationwide. She completed an international real estate study at University of Oxford in 1990, founded Decker Bullock Realty with Bill Bullock in 1991, acquired Sotheby's International Realty franchise in 2007, and changed the name to Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty. Currently. Her company is #3 among Sotheby's International Realty over 1,200 affiliates worldwide in over 84 countries by sales volume with sales of $19.2 billion in 2020-2021-2022.
Olivia has handled over $4.2 billion properties in her career with unique sales ability and connection to affluent clientele. She combines Sotheby’s International Realty's global network and her vast local, national and international connections she developed over 40 years. She consistently matches the extraordinary homes with extraordinary buyers. She is also a real estate investor, among other properties, she owned, restored and sold Chateau de Grimaldi in Aix-en-Provence and Chateaux de Villette in Paris, France. Currently she owns five luxury properties in Belvedere and London.
