Meryl became aware of her love of real estate when she would find herself driving through the back roads of Old Brookville and East Norwich, Long Island, to unwind during her post graduate studies. After 14 years as a Chiropractic Physician in the theater district of New York City, Dr. Meryl relocated to South Florida to raise her family in the Weston Hills Country Club, a renowned golf community. In 2001, she quickly got her real estate license and started to relocate her friends and colleagues from the ice and snow of the north, selling them their winter residences on the ocean and designing their Florida real estate investment portfolios. Her timing was perfect, as this was "the real estate boom". As an outsource for CenterLine Homes, Meryl earned her reputation for selling assignable contracts. Not only did she buy assignable contracts and new construction for herself... her friends gave her blank checks to buy anything she thought would work for them. That level of trust was granted based on Meryl's business acumen, communication skills, patience, and proven credibility.
