Juan Carlos is a Colombian native who has made his home in Florida since 1999 and has become an established, leading professional in the luxury real estate market since earning his license in 2002. After earning his Bachelors degree in Business Administration, he attended Southern New Hampshire University at Manchester, NH and earned a Master in Business Administration (MBA) and a Master in Science International Business. He also earned an Advanced Certificate in Marketing. Juan Carlos worked for several different multinational corporations leading in the Finance and Marketing departments. He transitioned all his knowledge into the real estate business where he thrives in the South Florida market. He has an incredible knowledge of both areas Miami and Fort Lauderdale, handling all types of transactions ranging from $100K to multimillion dollar. He always had passion for Real Estate Since he earned his license. He is self-motivated and an excellent negotiator.
