Philippe is one of the founding members of the Luxembourg Sotheby's Realty office, which opened in early 2014. Real estate was the field which best fits his career aspirations and his temper. As an accomplished field man, his strong business acumen and his expertise meet the needs of a demanding clientele, and his decision to establish a Sotheby's Realty office in Luxembourg responds to a growing demand in the luxury real estate market field. To many aspects, Luxembourg is considered an attractive country by a high end clientele but also by international firms which establish their headquarters here. But for Philippe, the real estate field combines professional and interpersonal skills, and it is maybe this second side of the job he likes the most. His aim: making people get in touch, and then understanding each person's personal needs to achieve successful transactions. Moreover, his flair for human relations allows him to develop a large portfolio of clients and business partners. Thanks to his deep expertise of the local real estate market, he is committed to offering them a relationship defined by both proximity and long-term view.
