Known for her positive energy and passion for high-touch service, she never forgets a face and ensures her clients move from a position of strength with her warm, wise presence coupled with the insight of a top-producing agent. After earning a degree in fashion merchandising from Ohio State University, Kathryn relocated to Atlanta in 1980. Having lived through the city’s evolution to a major metro (as well as multiple personal home transitions, renovations and downsizes) Kathryn balances enthusiasm and interest in Atlanta’s growth with a high degree of empathy for the metamorphosis of moving. While she works with professional stagers and offers virtual staging services, Kathryn enjoys rearranging furniture and accessories for ideal comfort and hospitality. Fostering community comes naturally, and she enjoys being a resource for clients on trusted vendors and contractors, as well as the latest neighborhood hot spots. Kathryn enjoys a referral-based business serving all price points and a variety of needs (think everything from first-time homebuyers to downsizers looking for more urban/walkable/mixed-use environments) throughout Downtown and North Atlanta. Highly attuned to the nuances of negotiation, she places a high value on the personal touch, walking clients through every step of the due diligence process directly. Clients appreciate her intimate knowledge of how to prioritize a complex process, her ability to absorb details and collaborate on a resolution and her care for their needs. Active in her community, Kathryn participates in local Red Cross blood drives and supports relief for Atlanta’s homeless and the preservation of local nature through North Fulton Community Charities, Habitat for Humanity | ReStore, Atlanta Mission and the Chattahoochee Nature Center. When she’s not working with clients, Kathryn enjoys OSU Buckeye sports and alumni activities, cheering on Cincinnati Bengals football and Atlanta United soccer, exploring the Atlanta BeltLine and finding the best dog-friendly trails with her chocolate Labrador, Oakley.
