Michelle Eastman brings a charismatic blend of dedication, experience, and integrity to every real estate transaction—qualities that have consistently earned her the trust of clients and peers alike. Born in Queens, New York, Michelle is the daughter of immigrants who came to the U.S. to create a better life for their family. Her mother hailed from Italy, while her Spanish father, of Basque descent, emigrated from Colombia. Michelle spent her early years in the Dallas area, where she pursued her education at Hawaii Pacific University and The University of Texas at Dallas before entering the nursing field. As a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Baylor University Medical Center, Michelle developed an unwavering commitment to genuine care, clear communication, and attention to detail—all of which now define her approach to real estate.
In 1999, seeking a lifestyle that embraced the outdoors, Michelle relocated to the Park City area in Northern Utah. She transitioned into real estate in 2007 when Prudential Utah Real Estate invited her to join their team. Despite launching her career during the challenges of the Great Recession, she quickly rose to the top of her industry, specializing in luxury short sales and bank-owned properties. In 2010, Michelle joined Summit Sotheby’s International Realty with her business partner, Brigid Flint, forming the Eastman & Flint Team. Together, they’ve remained among the top-producing agents in the region, consistently delivering outstanding results for their clients.
Michelle’s expertise spans some of the most desirable areas in Park City and Deer Valley®, including Old Town Park City, The Colony at White Pine Canyon, Old Ranch Road, Iron Canyon, Empire Pass, Deer Valley East Village, and Victory Ranch Club. She has been instrumental in multiple record-setting transactions, including the representation of the buyers for the Victory Ranch Club development—an extraordinary 6,700-acre luxury community—in one of the largest real estate deals in the area. Her track record includes one of the highest sales in Deer Valley® in 2017, a landmark sale in The Colony in 2021, and record-setting results at Victory Ranch in 2024. In addition to luxury homes, Michelle has developed a niche specialization in riverfront properties and luxury ranch estates.

Outside of real estate, Michelle is an avid fly fisherman, often found on the river with her husband, Matthew Eastman—former host of the Emmy award-winning show “Wanna Go Fishing?” and now Director of Outfitters at Tributary, a luxury development in Driggs, Idaho. Michelle also enjoys skiing, hiking, yoga, and rafting with their daughters, embracing the active mountain lifestyle that originally brought her to Park City. Committed to giving back, Michelle actively volunteers with several local organizations and serves on the boards of Summit Sotheby’s Cares and Friends of Summit County Search and Rescue. She also served as President of the Philanthropic Board of the Park City Board of Realtors in 2020 and 2021.
