With more than 30 years of experience in Atlanta real estate, Kim Boyd has built a career defined by expertise, trust and a deep commitment to her clients. Kim is a native Atlantan and a graduate of Woodward Academy and the University of Georgia, where she earned a degree in finance. Kim began her professional journey in retail before transitioning into real estate in her mid-20s. Inspired by her mother, Holly Boyett, a former top producer who enjoyed a 27-year career in the industry, Kim quickly discovered her own passion for the business. In 2014, Kim partnered with her daughter, Kathryn Crabtree, to form The Boyd Team at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty. Representing three generations of real estate expertise, the team has ranked as the brokerage’s No. 1 small team since 2017. With more than $1 billion in combined career sales between Kim, Kathryn and Holly, The Boyd Team continues to earn top recognition year after year. Kim primarily serves Buckhead, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody and Intown Atlanta, with specialized knowledge of neighborhoods including Historic Brookhaven, Tuxedo Park, Vinings, Ashford Park, Meadowbrook, Chastain Park, Haynes Manor, Springlake, Garden Hills, Peachtree Hills, Wildwood, Paces/Northside, Argonne Forest, Peachtree Park, Virginia-Highland, Morningside and many more. Known for her detail-oriented approach and strong client relationships, she enjoys working with a multi-generational client base, often helping the children of past clients as they make their first moves. Her business thrives on referrals and repeat customers, a testament to her reputation for integrity and competence. Deeply rooted in the Atlanta community, Kim is a longtime member of Capital City Club and an active participant at Peachtree Church. She also supports Beautiful Feet, a nonprofit founded by her husband that provides hundreds of pairs of shoes to local children in need each Christmas. Outside of real estate, Kim enjoys ALTA tennis, mahjong, yoga, meditation, walking her dog and spending time with her two married daughters and three grandsons, who all live nearby.
