Professional Background: Kathleen grew up in West Caldwell, spending her summers in Normandy Beach and Sea Girt. She moved to Ocean County 20 years ago where she resides with her three children. With her love for the Jersey Shore, the beach, Barnegat bay, sailing competitively and boating, she is committed to help you fulfill your dream of finding the perfect piece of real estate to call "home". She earned a degree in Business Management and completed Property Tax Administration, part I & II through Rutgers University. Kathleen worked for several years as a Logistical Coordinator for a municipal revaluation/ property tax assessment firm. She is especially knowledgeable of property values and is experienced in managing property tax appeals. Kathleen is a member of the Metedeconk River Yacht Club and has been the Social Chairwoman for the past five years. This is a volunteer position where she has learned the importance of being dedicated, creative, self-motivated and highly organized.
