Erica is a native Baltimorean and started her real estate career in 1997 when she founded ELS Property Management, Inc. She enthusiastically made the transition into real estate sales in 2005 with the passion and commitment of raising the bar in professionalism and becoming an industry leader while protecting the consumers' interest. Erica has served on various National, State and Local Boards and committees and has received numerous awards for her commitment and outstanding service to the real estate industry as well as her sales production. Erica is an active member of various National professional organizations and currently serves as the Co-Chair for the Maryland Association of REALTORS® Global Business Committee, Communications Chair for the Maryland/DC Chapter Certified Residential Specialists, Immediate Past President of the Greater Baltimore Chapter Women's Council of REALTORS®, a committee member of the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee and a member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America. Erica enjoys traveling internationally with her family, redesigning floor plans and remodeling and reading mystery novels.
