Sarah began her real estate career in 1986. She achieved Rookie of the Year status and went on to become a Life Member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association Top Producers within the first five years. She obtained her broker's license seven years later and went on to open her own firm in 2000. In 2008, she became a licensed builder and, along with her husband, currently builds multi-million dollar custom homes throughout the Atlanta Metro area. Her extensive construction knowledge coupled with a trusted list of experienced sub-contractors ensures that her clients will be able to navigate through the sales and inspection process with ease. Her experience, expertise and strong negotiating skills provide you with a no hassle, strong customer service experience. Sarah's results driven, straightforward approach will ensure her clients obtain the optimal price for any property they plan to sell or buy. She has lived in the Atlanta area for more than 30 years, watching it grown into the dynamic metropolitan city that it is today. She will be able to offer you helpful insights about the area, from schools, businesses, parks and cultural events. Sarah and her husband Bob have two grown daughters. They are founding members of North Point Community Church and live in Alpharetta. She also serves with TurningPoint Women's Healthcare, a breast cancer rehabilitation clinic located in Dunwoody.
