He started his real estate career in 1995 and flourished his first year in the industry, receiving the prestigious "Rookie of the Year" award and being recognized as a top producer. Jay has a wealth of experience in commercial and residential real estate, working with both buyers and sellers. Jay has lived in Northern California all of his life, growing up in San Francisco and eventually settling in Novato where he raised his family. Jay has been very active in the Novato community, coaching both youth soccer and Little League for 25 years. He thoroughly enjoys seeing his former athletes mature and is proud to say that several have become new clients.
Jay graduated from the San Francisco Police Academy and was a police officer for several years. He also enjoyed a career in the military with the Navy and spent time in Vietnam. Before becoming a licensed agent, Jay worked as a contractor where he developed his love of real estate and went on to receive his license. Jay's extensive work experience has helped him to become an excellent communicator, keen negotiator and to develop a vast network of resources that he makes available to all of his clients.
