Additionally, Carol is a Previews Certified Luxury Specialist, a Certified Negotiations Expert, a prior agent mentor and a Top 100 Agent for Coldwell Banker for 8 years. Carol has been a resident of Anne Arundel County for over 35 years and currently lives with her husband, 3 children and 2 dogs in Severna Park. She is a graduate of Towson University with a B.S. in Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations, as well as double minors in Communication Studies and Political Science. Prior to her career in real estate, Carol worked in public relations, marketing and advertising sales. As a Division I athlete and previous high school athletics coach, Carol has an innate drive for high performance and high success level. Her background as an athlete and coach has given her the ability to work well in high-pressure situations and communicate successfully with clients, vendors and agents. Carol serves on the Board of Directors for the Severna Park Community Center (www.spcommunitycenter.org), as well as the Providence Center (www.providencecenter.com).
