A Cincinnati native, Perrin has a local's knowledge of the region's neighborhoods and homes and understands the fine art of storytelling in the marketing of his listings. Perrin is able to finesse and expand his marketing platform to a global audience with Sotheby's International Realty and has had listings appear in The Wall Street Journal, The Robb Report, The Week, Fortune, and Money magazines. He is a 1989 graduate of Wake Forest University with a BA degree in Economics.
