Frank and Dawn both hold MBAs in finance and were highly successful individuals on Wall Street before segueing into real estate 15 years ago. Frank was the youngest managing director ever in Morgan Stanley's equity division and a #1 Wall Street Stock Picker for many years He owned an investment fund that focused both on equities and real estate.
Dawn worked in sales banking for 14 years. She combines design experience with 24 years of sales experience and has a large clientele of New York City clients.
Tyler Goldich, also a MBA graduate and former Wall Street Analyst, rounds out the team. Clients note on a consistent basis his tireless dedication to achieving their goals.
Frank and Dawn maintain a wide network of New York City, international, Wall Street, and Hamptons clients. They are active members of the Hamptons community, raising money and awareness for Hamptons United, Southampton Hospital, breast cancer, CMEE, and the Bridgehampton Child Care and Recreational Center.
