Prior to working for ONE Sotheby's, Lucia spent over 10 years doing leveraged buyouts for private equity firms American Capital Ltd., MapleWood Partners LP and Goldman Sachs & Co Merchant Banking Division. Given her professional background and transactional history, Lucia brings strong negotiation skills and a unique discipline and professionalism to her practice, as well as a high regard for her clients' privacy. Born in Nicaragua and having lived in Key Biscayne, Mexico and New York, Lucia is a native Spanish and English speaker.
